Responsibilities

This entry-level position assists the Director of Project Management with the following tasks:

Assist Director of Project Management and team with all FFE Furniture Fixtures and Equipment need to support the opening, relocation or renovation of a facilityAssist FFE team with and understands how to interpret a project schedule to deliver FFE on time, on schedule and on budgetResponsible for obtaining proposals, issuing PO’s and processing invoices related to FFEResponsible for vendor relationships and coordinationResponsible for managing offsite storage inventory of FFEResponsible for coordination of moversSupports assigned Design and Construction Manager and DirectorsAssist with PO’s and invoices related to construction agreementsAssist with various projects within the department as assigned


Qualifications Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.Ability to learn software programs used in the department to complete tasks. Current programs that will be used are Select Marketplace, Markview, Blue Beam, and Smartsheet.Strong organizational and mathematical skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail.Problem Solver.Ability to anticipate outcomes and potential challenges in processExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, ability to work at varying levels within the organization and external to the organizationAnalytical, ability to anticipate effects of decisions and next steps. Self-starter and forward thinkingIndependent while working in a team environment.
