**Job Title: Project Coordinator** **Job Description** As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing construction projects by serving as the main point of contact between workers and management. You will lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring effective communication, planning, scheduling, and problem-solving to keep the project on track. **Responsibilities** + Serving as the main point of contact between workers and management, facilitating effective communication to keep everyone informed about project progress and changes. + Leading and supervising construction crews, ensuring that all workers understand their tasks and safety protocols. + Collaborating with project managers to create work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed on time. + Addressing on-site challenges and making quick decisions to keep the project moving forward. + Ensuring that work meets project specifications and quality standards, conducting inspections, and addressing any issues that arise. + Promoting and enforcing safety regulations to create a safe working environment for all crew members. + Keeping records of daily progress, incidents, and any changes to the project scope. **Essential Skills** + Experience working with different trades and subcontractors, coordinating with supervisors and project managers. + Ability to lead by delegation or hands-on to accomplish tasks on time. + Strong communication and leadership skills to maintain clear lines of communication with general contractors, supervisors, and project managers. + Proficiency with power tools, blueprint reading, and installation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in construction management. + Quality control expertise. + Safety management knowledge. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive salary with a short-term bonus incentive plan, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401K plan.
