Position Summary: Assist Project Manager with organizing and controlling project activities through communicating risks, opportunities, and current state of the project. Primary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: + Assist with the preparation, review and maintenance of purchase orders, submittals, invoices, subcontracts, timesheets, requests for information, change orders, close outs, and all other project management paperwork + Responsible for all aspects of Work Orders, making sure they are complete and concise + Assist in administrative duties relating to project management and estimating as required, such as filing, phone calls, mailing, data entry, etc. + Understand project billing schedule and provide input for timely billings + Monitor time entered into remote time entry application for accuracy + Support estimating efforts as required + Work with customers on completing all required forms + Assist with material requisition pricing and accounts payable/receivable departments as needed + Exemplify, promote and foster our purpose of Committed to Excellence through our Core Values of Customers, Employees, Character and Mastery + All other duties as assigned and required Required Qualifications: + Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Superior communication skills both written and verbal + Ability to work on a team and build working relationships within all levels of the organization + Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office + Detail-oriented with drive to accomplish set goals Education and Experience: + Associates or Bachelor degree preferred + Will consider equivalent experience on case by case basis + Experience in project coordination beneficial; however, training will be provided Commonwealth is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
