**Job Title: Project Coordinator** **Job Description** As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring efficient communication between workers and management, and leading construction crews to achieve project goals on time and within budget. **Responsibilities** + Serve as the main point of contact between workers and management, facilitating effective communication to keep everyone informed about project progress and changes. + Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring that all workers understand their tasks and safety protocols. + Collaborate with project managers to create work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed on time. + Address on-site challenges and make quick decisions to keep the project moving forward. + Ensure that work meets project specifications and quality standards, conducting inspections, and addressing any issues that arise. + Promote and enforce safety regulations to create a safe working environment for all crew members. + Keep records of daily progress, incidents, and any changes to the project scope. **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction and construction management. + Strong communication and leadership skills. + Ability to lead by means of delegation or hands-on to accomplish tasks on time. + Proficiency in using power tools, reading blueprints, and installation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working with different trades and coordinating with superintendents and project managers. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team in a modern, state-of-the-art facility with industry 4.0 technology in Mesa, Arizona.
