We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services (PS) and Customer Success (CS) Operations team. This role will support the coordination and execution of internal projects, assist with process improvements, and help maintain operational efficiency across both functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
You will do
Coordinate and track progress across multiple internal PS and CS projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met. Maintain project plans, schedules, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. Identify risks and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders, offering solutions to keep projects on track Assist in documenting and refining internal workflows for both PS and CS operations as needed. Provide support for process improvement initiatives led by other team members, including gathering information and coordinating updates. Help maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure they reflect current processes. Act as the central point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear communication between PS, CS, and cross-functional stakeholders. Schedule and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-through. Partner with CS and PS teams to support operational initiatives and ensure alignment.You have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably in Professional Services or Customer Success. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Smartsheet, Google Suite). Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Customer Success tools is a plus (e.g., Certinia, Gainsight). Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively. Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.Perks & Benefits:
