Project Coordinator
**Project Coordinator** Kelly Services is currently seeking a **Project Coordinator** for one of our top clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Job Summary: + The Training Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, communication and executing training events and activities. + This role serves as the single point of communication for deployment messaging, coordinates site management activities, and ensures effective tracking of local activities in alignment with projects and network transformation efforts. + The coordinator also manages a master calendar of activities to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: + Training Event Coordination: Plan, schedule, and execute training events and activities. + Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, materials, and technology setup. + Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to optimize future events. + Communication Deployment Messaging: Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication related to training and deployment messaging. + Ensure consistent and clear communication with all stakeholders regarding training schedules, changes, and expectations. + Develop and distribute training-related announcements, updates, and reports. + Site Management Local Activity Tracking: Support site management activities, ensuring smooth training operations at different locations. + Track local training activities in conjunction with network transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with broader organizational initiatives. + Identify and address any site-specific challenges to ensure training effectiveness. Master Calendar Management: + Maintain and manage a master calendar of all training activities, ensuring no conflicts or overlaps. + Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to align training schedules with project timelines. + Provide regular updates on upcoming events and activities. Qualifications Skills: + bachelor s degree in business administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in training coordination, event planning, or project management. + Strong organizational and time-management skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and event planning software. + Experience working in fast-paced, transformation-focused environments is a plus. **Important information:** This position is recruited by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
