We are seeking an MEP Project Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who supports the project manager with planning, execution and monitoring of project activities. This is an hourly position and reports to the Project Support Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting in all areas of technical and management to facilitate a project to completion under the direction and mentoring of a Project Manager Assist with preconstruction activities such as specification review, compiling/submitting/tracking submittals, procurement logs, etc. Coordinating with other divisions within the organization Responsible for placing material orders at the direction of the PM and tracking them to delivery Reviewing daily reports escalating project issues in a timely manner Assisting in preparation of change orders and associated job startups Attending MEP project meetings taking minutes and distributing action items as required Maintain job issues log and work with PM to property prioritize and assign tasks Generate, submit, and tracking of RFI’s Drawing takeoffs with guidance of PM as needed Prepare necessary project close-outs at the end of the projectQualifications
At least 3 years of MEP experience Ability to write and communicate clearly and concisely required Proficient in MS Office Suite Conscious competence or better with Excel a plus PlanGrid and Bluebeam exposure a plus Ability to read MEP drawings a plusBenefits
