Job Description
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for project documentation and coordination under the direction of the team lead. The role includes supporting consultant coordination efforts and providing construction phase services. The candidate must hold a degree in Architecture and be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
ResponsibilitiesPoint of contact for clients, vendors, and consultants regarding billing and account payables.Entry of timesheets and expense reports, and reconciliation of corporate credit cards.Assist with project management software including project creation, tracking, and document maintenance.Create and maintain administrative templates.Manage and track industry award submissions and marketing activities.Prepare proposals, design budgets, extra work orders, and design guidelines.Facilitate requests for proposals from subconsultants.Coordinate and set up company and industry events.Maintain tech inventory, order supplies, and general office housekeeping.Front office administration, office facility support, and light reception tasks.Perform additional HR, recruiting, and other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsProfessional Architectural Degree (Unlicensed)Proficient in Revit and AutoCADExcellent customer service and administrative writing skillsAbility to perform duties with initiative and judgmentResourcefulness and tact in contacts with staff, clients, and vendorsAbility to communicate and engage with people in a friendly and helpful mannerAbility to plan, organize, and complete work independently and as a teamAbility to multitask efficiently and effectively while remaining detail-orientedAbility to prioritize tasks based on importance and deadlinesWillingness to occasionally work additional hours as requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Adobe Acrobat and InDesign; BlueBeam RevuAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in project coordination and administrationStrong teamwork and communication skillsProficiency in scheduling meetings and providing executive supportExperience with document control and customer serviceExperience in RFI handlingWork Environment
The position is based in our office in Tempe. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, with a focus on teamwork and effective communication. The office supports a professional dress code and encourages a positive and constructive atmosphere. Occasionally, additional hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
