This role involves data oversight, technical support, training, and process improvement to maintain the quality and consistency of data collection efforts.Responsibilities:Research, conceptualize, and implement the CPCDMS client-level reporting system.Provide orientation and ongoing technical assistance to service providers to ensure data quality.Develop training materials and oversee training for new CPCDMS users.Maintain and update CPCDMS reports and associated folders.Compile program reports for affiliates.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Public Health, Social Work, or a related fieldThree years of experience managing healthcare-related data systems, with at least two years in program design, oversight, and staff trainingOne year of experience implementing and supporting multi-site PC-based database systemsKnowledge of SQL database platformsIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits and Perks:Pay Rate:  $31.00-$33.00 per hourWeekly pay periods – and direct deposit!During your employment with The Reserves Network, you can enroll in our benefits program, including medical (3 plans to choose from), dental, disability, critical illness, life, vision, accident, and behavioral health insurance.
