Project Coordinator
Description We are seeking a diligent Project Coordinator to join our team in the Healthcare industry, located in Rancho Cordova, California. As a Project Coordinator, you will be expected to assist Program and Senior Program Managers in all aspects of project management, from planning to execution, while adhering to the industry's best practices. This role will also involve you in the enhancement of our program management capabilities and you will be required to use performance data to drive improvements. Responsibilities • Assisting in the complete project life cycle management, including planning, resource allocation, and budgeting • Building and maintaining both internal and external relationships related to project engagement • Ensuring constant management of project and program expectations, while managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders • Demonstrating business and operational knowledge to support how solutions will address client goals • Providing regular updates on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership • Participating in the evaluation and improvement processes to establish best practices and standard templates • Monitoring, tracking, and controlling outcomes to resolve change requests, risks, issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables • Conducting data collection and dissemination • Leveraging performance data to create and execute improvements • Utilizing tools such as CRM, Excel, Visio, and Workfront to perform job duties effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the healthcare industry or similar role • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software • Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting • Familiarity with budget processes and financial forecasting • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage and liaise with various stakeholders • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts • Proficiency in Visio for process mapping and project planning • Experience with Workfront for project management and team collaboration • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and independently.
