Project Coordinator
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Coordinator based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be vital in overseeing the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects. You'll be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders. Responsibilities • Develop comprehensive work plans, identifying crucial activities and milestones. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the project's scope, goals, and deliverables. • Allocate resources effectively and adjust schedules as needed in coordination with senior management. • Establish clear communication channels to provide stakeholders with regular project updates. • Manage project documentation, including forms, reports, and records for tracking progress. • Assist with the recruitment process for project staff, ensuring alignment with project goals. • Regularly monitor project performance, identifying and addressing potential risks. • Conduct regular reviews with project teams to ensure the quality of deliverables. • Evaluate completed projects, document lessons learned, and recommend process improvements. • Determine the necessary resources, including time, budget, and equipment, to ensure project success. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is a must for effective project management tasks. • Familiarity with CRM tools for maintaining and managing customer relationships. • Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and financial tracking. • Competence in Microsoft Office Suites for various office-related tasks. • Experience with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails and scheduling meetings. • Knowledge of About Time software for efficient time tracking and management. • Understanding of budget processes to ensure project financials are kept within limits. • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders. • Background in construction sector will be considered an advantage. • Familiarity with contracts to ensure the project complies with legal and organizational standards.
