Project Coordinator
Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Coordinator in the non-profit sector, based out of Kalamazoo, Michigan. This role can be performed remotely and is geared towards individuals with a strong skill set in project coordination, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suites. Responsibilities: • Coordinating CRM system migration to Give Interactive. • Scheduling and overseeing project meetings. • Utilizing Atlassian Jira for project management. • Using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook for efficient project coordination and communication. • Ensuring project status updates are communicated effectively. • Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and overseeing UAT Testing process. • Managing project related contracts and ensuring adherence to budget processes. • Applying knowledge of construction when relevant to the project. • Providing status updates and project status in a timely manner. Requirements • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management needs • Experience with CRM systems is essential • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites for day-to-day administrative tasks • Capability to manage schedules and correspondence using Microsoft Outlook • Familiarity with About Time software for project tracking and management • Knowledge of budget processes and financial management in non-profit settings • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration • Background in construction-related projects is preferred • Experience in contract negotiation and management • Proven track record in project coordination, preferably in the non-profit sector • Experience with UAT Testing to ensure project deliverables meet user needs • Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and methodologies • Ability to provide regular project status updates to stakeholders • Experience in conducting status meetings with project team and stakeholders • Skill in preparing and distributing status updates across various communication channels.
