Project Coordinator
CTG is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our healthcare client. The Project Coordinator will assist the project management team, working with IT, clinical, and operations teams to ensure timely execution, quality control, and adherence to scope and project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Project Support & Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of IT-related tasks associated with the new patient tower construction, including EMR integration, network infrastructure, clinical technology, and system installations. Support the project manager in tracking project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring tasks are completed as scheduled. Schedule and organize meetings, ensure action items are tracked, and follow up with stakeholders on deliverables. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and organize project documentation, including IT system specifications, vendor contracts, testing schedules, and progress reports. Assist in preparing regular status updates and reports for senior leadership, highlighting the progress of IT installations and any potential risks or delays. Track and update project milestones, documenting any issues or changes that arise throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, within healthcare IT. Experience with healthcare IT systems such as Epic, hospital information systems, and clinical technology is highly preferred. Familiarity with hospital operations and understanding of hospital technology infrastructure is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage schedules, track project milestones, and coordinate resources efficiently. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
