Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. **Your day at NTT DATA** In the Investment team at NTT GDC APAC, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Investment Managers in financial analysis, market insights, project and program management of our investment initiatives in APAC region. **What you'll be doing** **Core Duties and Responsibilities:** + Provide comprehensive support for data center site activities including data analysis and document administration from deal inception to deal closure. + Assist with site selection process, strategy development, financial analysis, and the approval process + Closely working with internal and external teams to collect and validate inputs + Ensure data integrity in supply planning and execution systems + Learn and follow the dynamics of the data center & digital infrastructure sectors + Build relationships with internal teams, as well as external advisors and industry experts + Gather and synthesize industry and market data + Draft and present oral and written materials to management + Develop and support operational initiatives within portfolio **Knowledge and Attributes:** + Strong understanding of fundamental business analysis + Superior analytical and financial modelling skills + Solid grasp of financial concepts + Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills with attention to detail + Self-starter and motivated with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and within teams. + Unquestioned integrity, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork and excellence + Excellent command of English. **Academic Qualifications and Certifications:** + Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, real estate, or a related field preferred. **Required Experience:** + 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a leading private equity or DC operator or Hyperscale. + A track record of coordinating high quality Data center projects **\#GlobalDataCentersCareers** **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
