Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting critical project deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Project Coordinator
**Location:** Memphis, TN (onsite)
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate aspects of drug products and quality records review.
+ Record, triage, and prepare files for long-term storage in compliance with relevant policies.
+ Assess project issues and collaborate with team members to find resolutions.
+ Conduct meetings with management to communicate project status and updates.
+ Communicate key updates and highlights to the organization throughout the project timeline.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience working on projects, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
+ Intermediate proficiency (3+ years) in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal guidance from management.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to meet task timelines.
+ Clear articulation of how this role aligns with long-term career objectives.
