Description
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Project Coordinator in Yorba Linda, California. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating various installation activities in the industrial equipment industry, ensuring all customer expectations are exceeded.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and sustain relationships with customers, contractors, and other parties involved in projects.
• Support sales representatives in quoting installation pricing and scheduling.
• Guarantee the correct application and installation of products in line with company specifications.
• Visit job sites as required to consider any potential issues when quoting.
• Organize project details with Sales Rep, TTL, and CSR, as well as subcontractors.
• Carry out job site checks as needed and participate in project startup meetings.
• Keep an electronic installation schedule for the district.
• Supervise all district installations, including the unloading of products, equipment necessities, and resolving any unexpected issues during the project.
• Oversee subcontractor performance on projects, ensuring quality of work, adherence to safety standards, customer service standards, and deadline compliance.
• Conduct cost control activities, including reviewing subcontractor invoices.
• Keep up-to-date product knowledge of all company products and common allied products.
• Work together with Service Manager, Field Service Technicians, and Safety Coordinator to promote a safe and healthy workplace for all employees and subcontractors.
Requirements • Proven experience in coordinating construction projects
• Ability to handle large-scale projects efficiently
• Strong understanding of coordinating logistics for project execution
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating schedules for project teams
• Proficiency in maintaining and adjusting delivery schedules as per project needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs to manage project data and reports
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field, or equivalent work experience. TalentMatch®
