**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist directors, senior managers, program managers, and multiple project managers in ensuring that all program and project deliverables are produced with quality and timeliness, in accordance with established processes and procedures. This position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support, including the creation of project artifacts and support for project management processes.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in developing program/project plans, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, and risk/issue management.
+ Work independently with project stakeholders to obtain commitment to the plans.
+ Manage the process for project/program artifacts, including obtaining approvals and maintaining a documentation repository.
+ Support ongoing management of the project schedule and assist with managing work within the stated scope.
+ Implement and manage a Change Control process and update plans based on approved changes.
+ Monitor actual hours and costs against estimates and maintain adherence to program/project budgets.
+ Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on new system functionality.
+ Act as a liaison between IT and business operations.
+ Coordinate the mitigation and resolution of project issues, risks, decisions, and action items.
+ Support documentation and meetings for project updates, and maintain departmental and program-specific manuals.
+ Assist with project close-out and lessons learned activities.
+ Follow and contribute to the improvement of project management standards and guidelines.
+ Create presentations and dashboards for various levels of program/project leadership as needed.
+ Comply with HIPAA, diversity principles, corporate integrity, compliance program policies, and maintain confidentiality of company business.
+ Exhibit professionalism, positive attitude, and appropriate behavior in the workplace.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of business, training, or project management experience, or 6 years of relevant experience.
+ Experience in developing training materials and facilitating groups.
+ Proven ability to deliver presentations and write process requirements.
+ Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 2 years of experience in Managed Care Organizations (MCO).
