The Project Coordinator is an important role that will be instrumental in delivering the Finance Solutions & Technology (FS&T) vision and roadmap. This individual is responsible for the end-to-end project management for the SigniFi Reporting strategy & deliverables within the Design Data Governance & Reporting (DDGR) area. This role will work with the program manager and project stakeholders to develop, manage, and drive the execution of project work plans; manage throughout the project lifecycle; manage project scope; manage and drive risks, actions, issues, decisions (RAID); weekly status reporting; manage integration dependencies across projects and integrated work plan milestones. This role will partner with senior stakeholders within the FS&T organization as well as across the broader Finance and IT organizations to drive execution of SigniFi Reporting. A proactive, results oriented leader with Project Management skills, preferably within J&J, with data management and reporting is required and SAP experience is desired. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** **Project Management** Responsible for managing and driving large complex programs & projects throughout the full project life cycle - from ideation, planning, resourcing, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure using both waterfall and agile methodologies. Manage PMO activities in support of the overall program which primarily include: + Project Schedule Management + Project Integration, Inter and Intra Dependency Management + Risk, Issue and Action/Decision Management (RAID) + Scope & Project Change Management + Communications & Status + Compliance and SDLC **Leadership, Communication, and Relationship Building** Cultivate a close working relationship with the project core team leads in order to understand overall requirements and identify risks and opportunities. Contribute as an active and engaged member of the team to ensure the success of the overall program. Lead meetings with business, technical and global representatives regarding the project activities, timeline, and issues. Articulate project status, key issues, and dependencies to all levels of management. **Project Quality** Review and provide feedback on all key project management deliverables to drive improvements in overall program and project quality and delivery excellence. Partner with the SigniFi PMO to identify systemic issues and to develop, pilot, and implement process improvements. Other responsibilities include- + Decision Making: Understands how and when to make a choice; how and when to escalate issues to higher levels. Analyzes the risks and future impact of decisions. Makes decisions and takes timely independent action in pursuit of priorities. + Influencing & Impacting others: Able to lead, collaborate, challenge and influence peers, subordinates, and senior management + Communication: Presents clearly and informatively, easily maintaining audience attention and responding to audience needs; Able to facilitate discussion, progress effectively, and manage audience as needed. + People Leadership: Direct accountability for contract project management support + Project Management Responsibilities: + Ensure schedules and workplans adhere to the standard SigniFi IRF WBS structure and are implemented according to FDTO PMO playbook guideline + Once Mid-Level Plans are aligned with stakeholders, they should be taken to CCB governance for review/approval. + Ensure key activities, deliverables, milestones, and go-lives are tied to Global Finance business outcome + Ensure workplans include dependencies/interdependencies across the SigniFi program, including key external programs/projects and have critical path and downstream impacts identified. + Ensure all Interdependencies are identified between one or more programs and linked in Planview for active management between project managers. + Consistently bring Risks/Issues with target dates along with Impact tied to MLP milestones + Categorize all Risks/Issues appropriately on Impact and Probability to ensure appropriate proactive impact assessments to drive mitigation and risk closure. + Provide Thought Leadership with PMO perspectives and evaluating interdependencies/impacts while challenging the status quo. + Maintain current, clear, concise, and accurate project status data according to the PMO weekly reporting cadence + Manage and proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and efficacy of integrated reporting status reporting across the PMO and other Governance forums. **Qualifications** : + A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. + A minimum of 3 years of Project Management of enterprise-wide implementations + Post-graduate degree preferred. + Professional project management certification (PMP) and/or diploma is preferred. + Detailed knowledge of project planning, tracking, resource management, project planning, scheduling tools, and cross-project analyses is required + Demonstrated experience delivering on projects of various sizes & durations. Adaptable to changing needs within the organization - adapts to rapidly changing priorities. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
