Description Project Coordinator needed to help coordinate audit schedules, gather compliance documentation, and track down key information requested by auditor for preparation for internal and external audit submission. -Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project. -Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones. -Complete documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business and quality standards. -Identify areas that can be improved and constructively propose new solutions that drive efficiencies. Required Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical, problem solving, variance analysis skills, and attention to detail Skills Project Coordination, MS Project, Microsoft Office Additional Skills & Qualifications Working closely with quality departments, and IT Medical Device stakeholders. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
