Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to prepare and submit contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders for various projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with insurance and documentation for owners and subcontractors, overseeing the billing process, and assisting with specific project tasks as directed by the project manager. Regular meetings with the project team and weekly reviews for budget and forecasting are required, as well as assisting with project closeout.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders for projects.Ensure compliance with insurance and documentation requirements for owners and subcontractors.Oversee the billing process.Assist with specific project tasks such as Change Events, RFI logs, and Submittal logs as directed by the project manager.Conduct regular meetings with the project team and weekly reviews for budget and forecasting.Assist with project closeout.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination.Experience with Procore.Experience in construction administration.Proficiency in Sage 300 and Primavera.Experience handling projects ranging from 20 to 100 million dollars.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with project coordination software such as Procore, Sage 300, and P6 is a plus.Work Environment

The position is onsite at the job in Bowling Green at the Med Center Health project, a 100 million dollar project. The company has been in business since 1978 and is expanding across the country with new offices, including in Bowling Green. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
