Job Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our federal team at our Fort Stewart (FS)/Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF) location.
Day to Day:
· Support the projects business activities such as subcontract processing, managing project documentation, support of booking or cost tracking system entry, and customer invoicing.
· Work with Project Manager(s) and/or Engineering Management to ensure consistent delivery of services and internal financial commitments. Research, consolidate and develop information for reports, tasks and assignments.
· Completes the delivery of the project documentation or sales related to administrative tasks ensuring customer expectations and internal project financial commitments are met.
· Support new contracts and manage changes to existing maintenance and service, retrofit or PSA contracts, Labor and Material tickets, and service order management tickets.
· Assist with the subcontract process. Assists project management by generating the subcontracts online or using templates. Organizes subcontractor documentation such as waivers, certificates of insurance, wrap ups, and bonding information. Manages subcontractor invoices by releasing for payment or researching payment problems.
· Manage project documentation files. Gather documents such as company submittal packages, customer communication, subcontract documents, and proposals. Completes the Daily Work Activity Reports (DWARs), project close out checklists including as-builts, final invoices to the customer, warranty letters, project books and training documentation.
· Produce submittal packages for use by technicians, engineers or the customer. Gathers documents such as network flow diagrams, room schedules, project bill of materials, and subcontractor invoicing, etc.
· Assist with procurement of materials utilizing electronic purchasing/ordering tools to enter and track project materials, office supplies and operationally required material.
· Work with project management to ensure cost scheduling and re-estimates are entered into the tracking systems. Enter project dates, schedules, and contract costs as directed.
· Assist management in the coordination of safety programs. Verifies that monthly toolbox training and safety reporting are completed properly. Works with project management to ensure employees have the proper safety equipment.

Skills and Requirements
· Experience supporting project-related teams in the construction or building maintenance industry is preferred
· Proficient computer skills with general Windows environment, Microsoft Office software, and email.
· Must have strong attention to detail, with utmost interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and identify needs of the project managers, staff and the client.
· Independent, self-starter a must; able to make sound decisions and execute the tasks required. · Experience working with government contracting and written scopes of work.
· Proven understanding of standard business financial management processes.
· Proficiency working with Microsoft Project.
· Advanced skills working with Microsoft Excel, AdobePro, and Google Sheets Suite.
· Ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goal null
