Reviews Prime Agreement and Subcontract Agreements, copy Agreements, Scope and Schedule and distributes to PM/PA/PE and others as neededPrepares draft transmittal lettersAttends meetings and prepares draft meeting minutes for PM approvalCoordinates and schedules project reproduction and distribution to plan roomsPrepares and coordinates prime and subcontractor amendments or extensions of contractsAssists in distribution of bid documentsCompiles data for preparing opinions of probable construction costAssists Owner with Advertisement for BidsCoordinates addendum preparation and distributionMaintains contract and contractor status databases and change order historyAssists Owner with Contract awardsReceives and reviews all incoming construction correspondence/ submittals and forwards / responds as necessary under direction of PMReceives and coordinates processing of shop drawing submittals and RFI'sCoordinates preparation and execution of change orders and construction change directivesDrafts Certificate of Payments documentsPrepares construction contract completion documentsPrepares and coordinates submittals of forms for authority having jurisdiction such as TAS Reviews, TCEQ and othersYour Qualifications
