**Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)**
**Position type: 6+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion as FTE**
**Pay range: $58 - $68/hr on W2**
5-8 years experience required only
**NOTES:**
Manager is really looking for a looking for a Project Coordinator/Business Analyst, **3-8 years** of experience working within the financial or banking industry. This is a Jr level support role within governance. This person will be supporting the governance functions by **reviewing documents, making PowerPoints** , taking notes etc. Manager likes people who have worked within the PMO.
The Change Management (CM) team was established within Transformation to provide governance and oversight of significant change initiatives impacting wholesale lending. CM’s mandate is to identify, assess, monitor, report and escalate significant change initiatives impacting global wholesale lending, including changes to people, processes and technology.
**Change Management Job Description:**
• Support the Change Management (CM) team by attending meetings, tracking meeting minutes, tracking action items, sending out minutes to attendees.
• Support the monthly execution of the CM function through managing team mailbox, tracking input provider responses, developing status decks, collecting input and updating project pipeline.
• Reviewing project artifacts (word, PowerPoint, Visio, excel), adding input and updating checklists based on feedback.
• Tracking action items and status to ensure efforts stay on track.
• Track artifacts needed for evidence and ensure team is delivering against promised deliverables.
• Develop monthly deck for CM monthly forum
