As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Corporate Real Estate team supporting Construction Services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Construction Project Coordinator
**Location:** Onsite-Columbus, OH (Easton)
**Pay Range:** $24/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide project coordination and administrative support for corporate real estate units
+ Assist in developing standardized project templates, including budget tracking and RFPs
+ Process invoices and obtain required approvals
+ Organize project documentation and maintain file structures
+ Create and update reports, schedule meetings, and distribute minutes/action items
+ Support special projects such as facility moves and rebranding
+ Compile and distribute weekly project updates and photos
+ Manage project closeout deliverables
**What's Needed?**
+ Well organized and proficient in MS Office Suite
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
+ Problem-solving and independent decision-making capabilities
+ High ethical standards
+ High School diploma or G.E.D.
+ Minimum 2 years of related experience in a similar role
+ Experience with a construction company or corporate real estate department (preferred)
