Summary:
As a Project Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to high-level program managers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and initiatives. You will play a key role in coordinating activities, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and lead meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in advance; Take and distribute meeting minutes
* Reporting: Assist in the preparation of project reports, status updates, and presentations for program managers, ensuring information is accurate and timely
* Project Scheduling: Maintain project schedules, track deadlines, and follow up with team members on outstanding tasks to ensure project timelines are met
* Communication Support: Serve as a point of contact between program managers and various stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication
