HGA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Sacramento Healthcare practice group. In this role you will: assist Project Managers, Project Architects, and Senior Designers in the development of design concepts and technical documentation;support the preparation of design and construction documents using Revit and other industry-standard software;Work closely with internal project teams and consultants to ensure coordination and integration of project elements;review drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy, compliance, and consistency;assist in researching building codes, materials, and technical solutions to support project requirements;interaction: Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, taking notes and assisting with follow-up tasks;support the team in reviewing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings as part of the construction phase; andlearn from experienced team members, gaining exposure to a variety of project types, design strategies, and delivery methods. You will need to have: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related fieldUp to 5 years of professional experience working on architectural projects; healthcare experience a plus but not requiredMust have a strong foundation in architectural design principles, building systems, and construction documentationProficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite is desirableFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools is beneficialExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skills requiredProgress toward architectural licensure is encouraged, and mentorship opportunities will be availablePreferred Qualifications (Nice to have, but not required)
Eligible for licensure in CaliforniaLEED accreditation Salary Information:The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA’s robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs. Salary Range: $64,400 - 86,300
