Job Title: Project Coordinator III
Job Description

This position reports to the Project Team Manager. A Project Coordinator thrives in a fun and fast-paced environment; this position requires heavy phone and e-mail communication with customers utilizing a wide variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and identify and communicate effective solutions. The Project Coordinator will work within a team environment as well as communicate internally with other departments.

ResponsibilitiesProvide members with a personalized creative experienceWork intimately with members and coordinate the entire lifecycle of their projectsProvide stellar customer satisfaction at all timesPartner with Publishing teams to ensure that members are enrolled in the proper service packageWork internally with other departments to ensure that a quality product is delivered in a timely mannerUse a wide variety of software systems to navigate customer accounts and proactively monitor accounts to anticipate problems before they occurMeet all performance and quality metricsInitiate process improvement projects within the department and drive them through to completionEssential SkillsAssociates Degree2 years customer service experienceExperience working with high-volume processesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office ApplicationsAbility to work weekends and overtime as requiredAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree preferredAptitude to quickly learn new systems and softwareAbility to multi-task and prioritize with strong organizational and follow-up skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsWork Environment

Must be Seattle based, remote, but open to going onsite if needed. The team is experiencing high influx in growth and is a collaborative medium size team of about 8 members. Accuracy is important for Seller Pay and the environment can be intensive.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00
