Project Coordinator III
Description We are offering a long term employment opportunity for a Remote Creative Project Coordinator. This role involves heavy engagement with customers, use of various software tools for account navigation, and interdepartmental collaboration for efficient project completion. Responsibilities: • Ensure effective communication with customers through phone and email. • Use a range of software tools to navigate customer accounts, anticipate potential issues, and provide effective solutions. • Coordinate the entire lifecycle of customer projects, working closely with customers to deliver personalized and creative experiences. • Collaborate with Publishing teams to confirm customers are enrolled in the appropriate service package. • Work with other departments to ensure timely delivery of quality products. • Keep track of performance and quality metrics. • Initiate and drive process improvement projects within the department. • Monitor customer accounts proactively to prevent potential problems. • Provide excellent customer satisfaction at all times. Requirements • Exceptional proficiency in Customer Service • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written • Knowledge and understanding of Policy making • Ability to conduct Research and present findings • Commitment to maintaining Quality standards in all work • Experience with Review processes and providing constructive feedback • Skill in Email Correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication • Dedication to achieving and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience in managing Customer Accounts • Excellent Written Communication skills, with an eye for detail • Willingness to work Overtime when required • Familiarity with Software System operations and maintenance • Experience in managing Process Improvement Projects • Ability to Proactively Monitor tasks and projects • Understanding and use of Quality Metrics to evaluate performance.
