Project Coordinator (KL-Based)

Job Responsibilities:

Generic:
a) To carry out assigned tasks given in a particular project in a timely manner and acceptable quality
b) To meet project goals and KPIs
c) To abide by QHSE requirements and BV Code of Ethics
d) To consistently record man-hours in weekly timesheet Specific:
a) Collaborating with project managers and team members to develop project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
b) Organizing and scheduling project activities, tasks, and milestones. This may involve creating Gantt charts, timelines, or other project management tools to track progress.
c) Serving as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and external vendors. Facilitating communication and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about project status, changes, and key decisions
d) Maintaining accurate project documentation, such as meeting minutes, status reports, and project plans. Ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to team members and stakeholders 
e) Coordinating the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities. Monitoring resource availability and utilization to ensure efficient project execution.
f) Providing administrative support to project teams, such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating logistics for project events or activities. Supporting team members with task assignments and resolving any administrative issues that may arise.

 

Job Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Project Management or a related technical field. 5 years of experience in proposal engineering, technical sales, or a similar role. Strong technical and engineering knowledge related to the company's products and services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and proposal management software. Detail-oriented, with a focus on producing high-quality write-up / reporting. Others: Good communication skills/ A team player/ Strong ethics and integrity/ Work requires willingness to work at flexible schedule. Preference will be given to local Sabahan candidates.
