Position Summary:
Administrative Professional who will coordinate the aspects of hospital projects through communicating risks, opportunities, and current state of the project. Provides administrative/project support to the Director of Plant Operations and Plant Operations department as a whole. Works with vendors to manage hospital signage orders or creates hospital signage. Works independently and effectively manages time to meet project deadlines.
What the project coordinator will need:
Associate's degree in business or related field; or an equivalent level of experience.Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferredCertified Healthcare Safety Professional preferredThree or more years of administrative/project experience requiredFive or more years of administrative/project/safety hospital experience preferredGood organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work with interruptions and changing priorities. Attentive to detail, demonstrated customer service abilities, demonstrated experience with multiple computer applications, ability to make decisions within the scope of position.
