Providence is calling a Project Coordinator who will work remotely within our footprint states, AK, CA, OR, WA, TX, NM, or MT.
One Revenue Cycle (ORC) is the name adopted to reflect the Providence employees who work throughout Providence Health and Services in revenue cycle systems and structures in support of our ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to California. ORC's objective is to ensure our core strategy, One Ministry Committed to Excellence, is delivered along with the enhanced overall patient care experience (know me, care for me, ease my way) by delivering a robust foundation of services, operational and technical support, and the sharing of comprehensive, relevant, and highly specialized revenue cycle expertise.
The Production Coordinator is responsible for performing scheduled IT production tasks, as well as monitoring automated processes to ensure there is no disruption of IT services to End Users. The Production Coordinator will serve as a liaison to OneIS, EPIC, or Rev Cycle System Support resources for ORC operational teams. The Production coordinator shall perform basic ad-hoc IT tasks as needed per ORC business operations.
Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Join our team at Revenue Cycle Business Services and thrive in our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.
