This role is in the Health Research Accelerator (HRA) department within the Providence Research Network. The Project Coordinator works with HRA project teams, participating in recruitment, outreach, and enrollment efforts, data abstraction/entry, providing administrative support, and document management for project activities and staff.
Essential Functions:
Provide backup in agendas and minutes for meetings, coordinates the routing, management and retention of research related documents in the absence of Senior Project Coordinator and above Provide input in study design, especially when specific to coordinator roles/responsibilities. Builds data tools and provides data tool maintenance in support of research studies with support of Senior Project Coordinator Develop recruitment job aids and workflows with support of Senior Project Coordinator Provides high quality customer service to study participants/stakeholders Tests and validates new project tools or workflows using associated job aids. Occasionally responsible for the development of job aids. Identify and communicate problems to Senior Project Coordinator/Project Manager Completes assigned tasks on time and with quality Takes on stretch projects and tasks as opportunities for learning and personal developmentProvidence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of work experience supporting Health Services Research 2 years of related work experience supporting Health Services ResearchPreferred Qualifications:
5 years of related work experience supporting Health Services Research Prior experience using REDCapSalary Range by Location:
