Description Apply Now Open sharing options Save Saved Share We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Penetration Testing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves liaising with the VRA team, managing the procurement process, financial understanding & handling exceptions, and coordinating third-party penetration tests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stakeholders management, cybersecurity and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Relationship Management:

Work with the VRA team to onboard new penetration testing vendors throughout the year and support the existing 3rd party.

Procurement:

Work with the Procurement team for purchasing pen tests.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Exception Management:

Manage penetration testing exceptions.Review Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) related to exceptions.

Pen Test-Retest Queue Management:

Maintain and manage the queue for penetration test retests.Ensure timely and efficient retesting processes governance.

Coordination of Third-Party Pen Tests:

Coordinate with third-party vendors to schedule and conduct penetration tests.Ensure all tests are completed within the agreed timelines.

Dashboard and Reporting:

Develop and maintain a penetration testing dashboard.Provide governance and leadership reporting on penetration testing activities.

Qualifications:

3+ years relevant experience in a similar support role.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Required / Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in project management or stakeholder management.Some experience with vendor management and procurement processes.Familiarity with Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and exception management processProblem-solving mind set with experience in developing reports and summaries.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Some experience or exposure in MS PowerBi or similar reporting tool
