Project Coordinator - Warranty Handling
Job Description

Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction? Join Danfoss Power Solutions as a Project Coordinator for High-Impact Claims, where you will play a key role in handling critical customer cases and driving quality improvements in our warranty handling processes. 

 

Your Role 

 

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and resolving technical customer issues related to Danfoss Power Solutions Controls products, including hydraulic components and applications. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure fast and efficient claims resolution while maintaining strong customer relationships. 

Job Responsibilities

Assemble expert teams to effectively address customer claims. 

Coordinate with quality assurance, development, production, and sales to ensure efficient claims resolution. 

Independently lead recall and field actions, ensuring systematic execution. 

Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing support both remotely and on-site. 

Identify customer needs and proactively address them through internal collaboration. 

Analyze warranty data to improve processes and prevent recurring claims.

To excel in this role, you should have:

A technical degree (e.g., mechanical engineering) or relevant technical training. Professional experience in warranty handling and customer service for service products. Knowledge of Danfoss Power Solutions Controls products (hydraulic circuit knowledge is a plus). Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive process improvements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%). English proficiency at C1 level.
