Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work one day in the office, 4 days a week from home and on a dayshift schedule. Our office location is in Ortigas Center.

About the role 
The Project Cost Controller is responsible for a full range of activities surrounding the support of Service delivery across APAC with a focus on service financials including invoicing and end of month processing.  

•    Coordination of MS funding applications through the Microsoft portals (including Chip and FastTrack).
•    Coordination with Alliance partners and 3rd party vendors to obtain project status updates and 3rd party invoices in a timely manner
•    SAP administration (new contract creation for APAC services, invoicing or invoice adjustments as needed, and 3rd party payments)
•    End of month processing for services across APAC including the verification of WIP, Deferred Revenue, Failed Revenue reports and Invoice processing

What we’re looking for

•    College Graduate
•    Accounting and finance experience
•    Ability to build relationships across cultures and regions
•    Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
•    Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation are essential. Ability to engage customers.
•    Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence and to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, or teammates.
