The FF&E Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager by tracking and coordinating FF&E purchasing and delivery process.
Responsibilities Assists in the preparation of Purchasing Agent RFP.Reviews PIP budget against scope of work and owner's expectations.Reviews Purchase Orders against budget, quantities and schedule. Coordinates approvals with PA and ID. Works with PA to track deliveries. Reviews tender analyses against budget and assists in making purchasing recommendations.Provides input on selection of Freight and Warehousing companies. Reviews designer's rooms’ matrix to confirm purchasing quantities area are accurate.Leads the FF&E update portion of weekly calls. Drafts and distributes communication regarding new lessons. Works with GC and PA to keep track of damage or fabrication issues associated with delivered FF&E. Performs any other job related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a relevant field.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work well in a team environment.Must be able to work independently and pro-actively with minimal supervision. High level of attention to detail.Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
