Skills and Requirements Required Education and Experience:  Bachelors degree in a related field.  5+ years of project management and related experience.  Experience with ERP and Change Management.  Knowledge of supply chain and logistics. Strong collaboration and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence project stakeholders and leaders.  Technical Capacity: Proficiency with analytical tools and methods for data collection, organization, and deriving actionable insights. Experience in leading software development and implementation. Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.  Business Acumen: Understanding of the general workings of the industry within which the organization functions.  Project Management: Excellent planning and organizing skills. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Strong leadership and change management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.  Leadership: Exceptional work ethic, enthusiasm, and drive to succeed. Demonstrated ability to tactfully influence executives, leaders, and project stakeholders. Ability to assemble and manage cross-functional project teams. Direct and supervise vendors, consultants, and team members.  Personal Effectiveness/Credibility: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.  People Management: This role involves leading cross-functional project teams and developing strong, trusting, and effective relationships with operations, sales, and administrative leadership throughout the company.
