Job Profile

This role will lead integration and adoption of our new Purchase Order (PO) system, Tradeshift. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in change management practices and have a proven track record of successfully managing complex system implementations. You will be responsible for ensuring that project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget, while also facilitating organisational change and adoption. The successful candidate will possess experience in system implementation and demonstrate expertise in managing change management initiatives.

Role and responsibilities

Setup and lead the end-to-end project management of the system implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align project objectives.Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.Drive change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption across the organisation.Communicate effectively at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.Facilitate training sessions and workshops to prepare end-users for the transitionConduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.Facilitate simple feedback loops to identify process improvement opportunitiesContribute to ad hoc business requests: ensuring analysis clearly answers the business requestEnsure review meetings have a clear agenda and minutes / actions / action owners are capturedCollaborate with action owners to ensure business actions are progressed and actionedOwn clear and concise progress communications to role stakeholders

Experience and education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Industry recognised project management qualification e.g. PMP certificationMinimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on system implementation. Transformation or change management is highly desirableDemonstrated experience in leading large-scale PO system implementations.Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.

Minimum skills, knowledge, and ability requirements

Fluent in English (verbal and written)Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to convey complex information clearly.Proficient in project management tools and software.Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.Confident user of Microsoft Teams & Outlook applicationsAble to explain and present work in a simple, clear, and concise matter
