Work you'll do
+ Create and maintain a comprehensive Training Plan with curriculum details and training metrics
+ Develop and ensure consistency of training materials like guides, videos, and job aides
+ Collaborate with integrators and user communities to ensure timely resource delivery
+ Offer technical guidance on training, deployment, and product support to leadership
+ Engage with stakeholders and provide guidance through meetings and working groups
+ Perform analysis and develop reports and correspondence for training and deployment
+ Prepare and deliver presentations and briefs for industry and client representatives

Qualifications
Required:
+ 10 years of experience in training planning, management, and deployment of software-intensive programs.
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a related field, or equivalent professional work experience
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
+ Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain the required US government security clearance for this role
+ Active Secret or Interim Secret clearance required
Preferred:
+ Experience in developing training materials for ERP systems.
+ Experience working in the government defense space.
+ Active Secret clearance.
+ Experience in project management.
+ Experience working with SharePoint.
+ Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication.
+ Prior management consulting experience.
