The role is accountable for the future state of the business processes, system enhancements and operational design. **Essential Functions:** + Execute the work under Directors of CATO as well as for the VP for Crew and Travel Operations + Handling all process improvement / systems enhancement projects including change requests and getting their sign-off + Conducts data gathering, data analysis and come up with an operational design + Provide project status on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule through a roadmap call and identify target dates of completion **Qualification:** + Bachelor's Degree required. + 5 to 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst specifically for system project background + Collaborative, determined, good communication and presentation skills, must have “grit”, AWS, MS Office and Visio **Ethics & Compliance** In addition to other duties/functions, this position requires full commitment and support for promoting ethical and compliant culture.
