Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Create and implement conversion strategies to successfully migrate data from legacy platforms into middle office platforms.Coordinate and drive the deliverables of conversion planning and testing in order to meet the milestonesCreate data maps to show the flow from legacy systems to in-house system using existing functionality and processesDrive the data conversion development lifecycle and methodology including requirements analysis, solution design. client acceptance, timeline creation, implementation, unit testing, deployment tools, and maintenanceLead issue resolution and gap closure in terms of data provided or discrepancies in data between legacy presentation processesDrive the data conversion development lifecycle and methodology including requirements analysis, solution design, client acceptance, timeline creation, implementation, unit testing, deployment tools, and maintenanceLead issue resolution and gap closure in terms of data provided or discrepancies in data between legacy presentation and the future state model based on the feedback providedHead all conversion events which includes some weekend activity and off hoursServe as client facing lead for all conversion related activityServe as an SME speaking to details as required while managing multiple processesManage Conversion events like Damp runs, Dry runs and Dress rehearsals which leads up to the GO live conversionNavigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships and manage expectationCommunicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management. Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
