Project Delivery Specialist
Position Summary

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities 

Create and implement conversion strategies to successfully migrate data from legacy platforms into middle  office platforms.Coordinate and drive the deliverables of conversion planning and testing in order to meet the milestonesCreate data maps to show the flow from legacy systems to in-house system using existing functionality and processesDrive the data conversion development lifecycle and methodology including requirements analysis, solution design. client acceptance, timeline creation, implementation, unit testing, deployment tools, and maintenanceLead issue resolution and gap closure in terms of data provided or discrepancies in data between legacy presentation processesDrive the data conversion development lifecycle and methodology including requirements analysis, solution design, client acceptance, timeline creation, implementation, unit testing, deployment tools, and maintenanceLead issue resolution and gap closure in terms of data provided or discrepancies in data between legacy presentation and the future state model based on the feedback providedHead all conversion events which includes some weekend activity and off hoursServe as client facing lead for all conversion related activityServe as an SME speaking to details as required while managing multiple processesManage Conversion events like Damp runs, Dry runs and Dress rehearsals which leads up to the GO live conversionNavigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships and manage expectationCommunicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.  Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Our OTT team brings clients the knowledge of industry leaders who understand the relevant processes and technologies for their industry—and apply them with a process and mindset that tailors transformational change to their specific organization. 

 

Qualifications 

 Required 


Excellent Communication Skills with ability to effectively run meetings and collaborate across teams and functionsAbility to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work. Weekend work required.Ability to proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution.Leadership and effective management skillsAbility to engage with senior client staff across multiple workstreams and functional rolesEducation & Preferred Qualifications5+ years of relevant Financial Industry Experience required, preferably Investment Management, Asset ManagementExperience in implementation of large client onboardings with complex architecture, multiple teams and functionalities.Experience in Migration of data into Front office and middle office systems.Exposure to Charles River or any other front office systems is preferredIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Access skills, as well as Microsoft Project or other project management software experienceSolid understanding of Data Warehouses and Databases including SQLHigh Level knowledge or experience in Capital markets including Middle & Back Office, Securities, Bank Loans, IBOR /ABOR, Transaction Mgmt or system knowledge of Eagle, Eagle Star, PAM, Portia, WSO or other is expected.Experience owning initiatives / projects related to Middle & Back Office Client On boardingBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
