The role – Product Designer

Calling all design visionaries! We're on the hunt for a forward-thinking Product Designer to craft intuitive and impactful experiences in our fast-paced, innovation-hungry team.

Here's what you'll do:

Become a UX champion: You'll be embedded in a cross-functional squad of designers, engineers, and product managers, where you'll research, brainstorm, design, prototype, test, and iterate on new features. From ideation to post-launch, you'll ensure our products are not just sleek, but seamlessly functional and accessible. Champion Phygital Experiences: You'll be the architect of user journeys that seamlessly blend physical and digital touchpoints. Think beyond web and apps – you’ll help us craft experiences that bridge the gap and create a unified narrative for the brand. Bridge the data divide: Be a data detective! Analyze user research and analytics, transforming insights into design decisions that drive user engagement and business goals. Prototype like a pro: Build interactive prototypes that push boundaries and ignite user testing. Promote Excellence: Advocate for design consistency, high-quality UI craftsmanship, and the strategic integration of accessibility, balancing both user and business needs with technical feasibility to ensure a scalable and user-friendly system that can scale to multiple markets.

You'll be a perfect fit if you’re:

A product designer with a minimum 3+ years of experience Able to work self-sufficiently and manage your own workload You have a strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking process and problem-solving skills You have expertise in UI design principles and user experience (UX) best practices You have a deep understanding of UX principles and a passion for creating innovative solutions. You have experience with designing for both app and web. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between design and development teams, technical and non-technical stakeholders. You have a willingness to stay ahead of the curve and explore the possibilities of emerging technologies to achieve best in class experiences for your users.

You’ll get bonus points if you have:

Experience with motion design Experience with designing for wearables or other smart devices Experience with front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
