Project Developer Responsibilities include working with sales, energy engineers, and project managers to develop cost-effective performance based contracts for targeted clients. This position conducts facility site visits, analyzes the customers current situation, and produces plans for Facility Improvement Measures

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related field.Demonstrated Experience in Energy – 10+ yearsCertified Energy Manager (CEM) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) certification requiredDemonstrated Good verbal and written communication skills in EnglishDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violationsLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong design build construction development responsibilities desired.Demonstrated Electrical / Mechanical project development will be consideredEnergy industry experience supporting performance-based projects, energy services or commercial / industrial design build experience; 10+ years preferredKnowledge of energy supply-side savings, and ability to evaluate savings potentialExperience with standard ASHRAE energy calculations and IMVP performance assurance methodologies
