Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years Construction Experience
Fitness to Work (Shell AME)
Appropriate skill sets and experience in Brownfield Project Execution

Responsibilities (Obligation to ensure that the action is taken):
Budgetting - Review, manage and update project budget in quarterly basis.
Contract & Procurement Support - Participate with Shell Contract and Procurement (C&P) in tendering stage until award of the work including Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE).
Contractor Management - Manage the Implementation Contractor at Execute phase, from Kick Off Meeting, Progress Meetings, JMS & JHA Review, etc, ensuring Client’s requirements are complied with.
Coordination - Coordinated with Reliability & Integrity (R&I), Sustain & Improvement (SI) and Maintenance team on the maintenance plan for the new asset installed
Cost Control - Project cost control to ensure project progress in line with the planned quarterly Latest Estimate (LE), including management of scope changes (VO) and Cost Control Sheet.
Documentation - Reviewed technical documents such as engineering design, work method statement, procedure, project execution plan and etc which inclusive of consultant and contractor deliverables
Front End
- Plan and Manage the Integration of Engineering work that includes engagement with design consultant in accordance to project intent and Shell's specification requirement
- Consult with operation and technical support staff to verify the scope of work, design & operability of the project in development.
- Develop and present proposal that include conducting cost estimate to the management for the Investment Proposal (IP) of the project.
8. Front End to Execution
- Work closely with PDE to ensure smooth project transition from front end (Select / Define phase, including involvement in Opportunity Framing Workshop, Constructability Review, Technical Bid Evaluation) through to Execute phase.
- To ensure project is compliance with Shell Distribution Global Assurance Maintenance & Execution (D-GAME) process and local Authorities.
9. Project Management
- Lead the respective project team (at assigned Terminal or Terminals) to ensure projects are delivered as per Client’s requirements, in accordance with T&S’ Opportunity Delivery Manual (ODM).
- Planning, Executing Project, Development of Project Schedule and Milestones in alignment and agreement with Client.
- Determine preliminary project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
10. Reports
- Provided monthly project progress update in Shell Global PMR 3.0 system
11. Stakeholders Management
- Manage interfacing with relevant stakeholders, including Shell Project Manager, Terminal Manager, Facilities Engineer (FE), Contracting & Procurement (CP) and Contractor PMT
