Job Title: Project Director – Commercial Oncology

We're looking for a Project Director – Commercial Oncology to support our Integrated Business Team (IBT) in fulfilling its mandate. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the IBT, assisting in the development of annual goals, and ensuring the successful and timely execution of all deliverables within those goals. Accountabilities:
As the Project Director – Commercial Oncology, you will drive the development of IBT scorecard goals, facilitate market shaping and brand indication planning, manage operational support for launches, and ensure clear communication and alignment with IBT objectives. You will also manage meeting logistics and agendas, collaborate on calendar planning, provide support for key initiatives, and facilitate seamless collaboration between various partners. 

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, life sciences, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, project management, or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning processes, and project management methodologies.
- Strong facilitation skills, capable of driving productive meetings and discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage without direct authority, exerting influence to guide teams towards common objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Project Management Certification and management Consulting experience
- Pharmaceutical or equivalent global organization experience; experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures and guidelines
