Gilbane is seeking a Program Director to be the head of all project activities, holding overall accountability for the successful, congruent delivery of the program, with the primary objective of ensuring the integration of all construction project partners, systems, business structures and practices, harnessing the talents and insights of all participants to optimize project results, increase value for the owner, reduce waste, and maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities

Leadership:

Operational/ Delivery:

Oversees all construction activities on the project, ensuring the project has adequate operational strategies in place to achieve the desired expectationsCreates culture and champion onsite safety to the ‘Gilbane Cares’ philosophyAnticipates technical issues that may arise and ofers expert advice on technical construction elements

Commercial/ Contractual:

Manages risk and controls expenses to ensure overall proftability in alignment with objectivesHolds overall responsibility for project P&L and fnancial reporting Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

BS or MS Degree in Engineering or Construction ManagementLEED Accredited highly preferred+25 years’ building construction experienceExperience leading large scale construction programs (150M+) requiredExperience of working as Construction Manager at Risk & Design Build
