Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Director to join our team! In this role you will get to manage a large-scale SCADA project from planning to handing over.

What You'll Be Doing:

Set-up the project management planPlan and manage the execution of the work and establish the baseline scheduleReport to clients and represent Parsons in front of the client (answer queries, sign letters, negotiate contract, manage the contract, make presentations, advise as required, ...)Report to senior management on revenue and profitability of the projectDrive efficiency of the deliverySet-up a change management plan, identify changes, manage VO request and claims, and negotiate settlement with clientManage the issuance and payment of the invoiceEnsure adherence with all Parsons's procedures such as QA/QCReview and negotiate new contracts with subconsultants and contractorsManage sub-consultants and contractorsDirect the project team on the work to be performed

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Experience with large scale project design and constructionExperience with SCADA systems design and constructionAn interest for latest SCADA technologyDesign and Construction experience in Europe, North America or AustraliaExperience with water projectsBS in Engineering or equivalentProfessional registration such as Professional Engineer in the USA, P. Eng in Canada, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent20+ years of relevant experience

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Experience in Middle East an assetExperience in building for SCADA design and constructionExperience in Recycle Water Network design and construction
