Responsibilities: * Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders * Analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows * Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation * Developing functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems * Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress * Identifying and documenting project risks and issues * Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope * Supporting the development and testing of new systems or enhancements * Providing training and support to users during system implementation and post-implementation * Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems
