Responsibilities

We are seeking a Project Engineer with extensive experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software for stormwater, wastewater, and water systems. The role involves conducting complex modeling, leading design and technical report production, and interacting with clients and regulatory agencies. 

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct stormwater systems, wastewater collection systems, and water distribution systems modeling and analysis.Operate hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software for stormwater/water/wastewater analysis using (EPA/XP/Info/PC)-SWMM, ICPR (2D), HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS (2D), GeoHECRAS, InfoWorks ICM, InfoWater, and MikeUrban software.Conduct difficult to complex hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, assimilate and present data in reports, lead production of design calculations and technical reports. Communicate and respond effectively to inquiries from clients and regulatory agencies.Duties may include occasional field work and travel. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems, or Agricultural Engineering and at least 10 years related experience.Master Degree preferred with 8 years experienceHold a Professional Engineer (PE) LicenseExperience with ESRI ArcGIS software is strongly desired.Candidate must be highly motivated, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and excel in a multidiscipline project team environment.
