International Motor’s System Engineering team is responsible for developing and defining our vehicle systems functionality and interfacing behavior across the vehicle. Our concepts and requirements are guided by customer, legal, technical standards, or internal specifications for mechanical, electrical, and software elements of defined systems. This position is part of the Autonomous Systems (ATS) team establishing and developing vehicle integration solutions specific to autonomous electric and electronics systems. It represents the scrum master function within the agile SAFe agile framework and is a key coordinator within the development team as well as an effective coordinator between execution teams. As part of TRATON’s Global R&D team you will lead collaboration with development teams across our global sites and ensure proper integration of our team members and product development.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, etc.)
• Integrate into the global VCT
• Support teams in applying Agile/SAFe principles and practices.
• Facilitate the removal of roadblocks and escalate impediments when necessary.
• Ensure alignment with Program Increment (PI) planning and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, the scrum Product Owner, and other dependent Scrum Masters/Product owners.
• Protect the scrum team from distraction and unnecessary disruption
• Stand for the dedicated scrum team
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.
• Maintain team boards and Agile tools (Jira)
• Ensure clear communication and transparency across teams.
• Guide teams in self-organization and accountability
• Provide Agile/SAFe training to new team members and other teams in the organization

Master’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer ScienceAt least 3 years of experience in product design/development and/or computer science experienceOR
PhD in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
